What PDFEase does

- Merge PDF, Join two or more PDFs into one file, in the order you choose.
- Split PDF, Break a PDF into separate files by page range or page count.
- Compress PDF, Shrink a PDF while keeping the pages readable.

Section 07
Third-party services
Parts of the experience sit with other companies, and their terms apply to those parts:
- Google Play, Installing, updating, rating and paying for the app runs through Google Play.
- Cloud hosting, The website is hosted online. Website file processing runs in the browser; some Android app operations may use a remote conversion service.
- Website analytics and country lookup, Page-view analytics are stored in the site's database, and a third-party GeoJS lookup is used to estimate visitor country from an IP address.
- Advertising partners, The website may use Google AdSense after account approval and setup. Advertising cookies and consent choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
- Your browser or device, Storage, battery, network and file access behave the way your device manufacturer and browser provider designed them.
We are not responsible for the actions of those providers. Their policies govern the parts they handle, and we link to them wherever we can.
Section 08
Availability & changes
PDFEase is run on a best-efforts basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a fixed uptime percentage, or that a specific file will always convert.
- Maintenance, Features can be added, renamed, rate-limited or removed, and updates may be required for the app to keep working.
- Deadlines, A job queued during heavy traffic may take longer than usual; a job that fails reports an error and cleans up its file.
- No guarantee, There is no service-level agreement, and no obligation for us to keep any particular tool online.
Section 09
Intellectual property
The PDFEase name, logo, interface, icons and original text belong to us. The tools are yours to use for your own documents, not to copy, resell, white-label or pass off as your own product.
- You keep yours, Your documents, images and outputs remain yours, with no licence granted to us beyond running the job you asked for.

Section 10
Disclaimers
PDFEase is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a conversion will be lossless, that a compressed file will stay readable at every zoom level, or that the service will be free of errors. You are responsible for checking important documents, especially scanned contracts, IDs and forms, before relying on them.
Section 11
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, PDFEase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses (including lost profits, lost or corrupted documents, lost business, and data recovery costs) even if we were told they might happen.
Section 12
Stopping use & suspension
You can stop at any time by closing the app and uninstalling it, no notice period, no cancellation form. We may suspend access for a device or network that repeatedly breaks the acceptable-use rules above.
Sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law and contact details continue to apply after you stop using PDFEase.
Section 13
Privacy
How we collect, use, share and delete information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it, it covers file deletion times, permissions, cookies and your rights in plain language.
Section 14
Changes to these terms
When we update these Terms we revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means the new version applies to you. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will also mention it in the app rather than quietly editing the text.
Need the version you agreed to? Ask for the date and we will send it.
Section 15
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, unless your country's consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
Before going legal, write to us. Most problems (a failed conversion, a missing file, a question about a charge) are solved in one or two emails, and we would rather fix the tool than argue about it.
Section 16
Contact us
Questions about these Terms, a report of misuse, or anything unclear, email support@pdfease.app. A real person reads it and we reply within two business days.
Please include the tool you used and the date. Do not attach the document in question, that detail is enough for us to find the job.
Section 17
Language & severability
These Terms are written in English. If a translated version ever differs from this one, the English text on this page prevails.
If any clause is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed only as far as necessary, and the rest of the Terms continues to apply in full.
